If you don’t see an answer to your question, just get in touch.
How much do you charge?
My fees start from £200 + vat for a half day (4 hours) and that includes a professional sound engineer.
Don’t worry; you can still work with me. Take a look at my recording studio services page to find more info on pricing.
I’m looking for management, can you help me?
I’m really sorry but despite working with some incredible new talent, I can’t offer any kind of management or promotional support. It detracts from my commitment to being the best producer I can possibly be.
Can I bring my own backing singers into the studio?
Yes, you can. I can accommodate most requirements and have a complete range of advanced microphones to bring out the best sound.
If I’ve already recorded a song, can you use any of it in the final master?
Yes…possibly. I can advise you on what parts would be good to use and where we’d need to improve. Remember, it’s my producing skills that add the polish.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes I do. I’ll shortly be putting up a page where you’ll be able to ‘buy and print’ a gift voucher for a friend or loved one. It’s a fantastically unique gift idea.
In the meantime, just contact me if you’d like one.
What kind of equipment do you use?
I have a fully-equipped studio, but you can go to my recording studio equipment page and read more about what I have.
Can I meet any of the stars you’ve previously worked with?
If one of them happens to be in the studio at the time of your arrival, I’ll happily introduce you to them.
I’ve not been in a recording studio before, I’m a little nervous…
Don’t worry about anything! I’m here to help and I’ll soon put you at ease.
Can you guarantee the quality of my track?
Yes! Every track that’s produced in the studio is of ‘broadcast’ quality.
How long does it take to produce a song?
Amongst other factors, it depends on the complexity of the song.
It’s certainly possible to create something you’ll be delighted by, in just half a day.
Can I send you something to listen to in advance?
Yes. I’m happy to review a track for free in order to assess its production requirements.
I can then advise you on the best approach in line with your budget.
